How to Submit
Follow the steps below to prepare your investment for review and submit to IT Governance.
Initial Consultation and Preparation
- Use the IT Governance Impact Assessment Matrix to determine the level of impact (high/low) of the investment and determine the data classification and required vendor documentation.
- For high impact:
- Consult with your IT Consultant prior to submitting the IT governance proposal for review.
- Utilize the IT Consultation checklist to prepare for submission.
- For low impact:
- Obtain necessary vendor documentation (as determined on Impact Assessment Matrix) prior to submission to IT Governance. Utilize your IT Consultant for assistance with vendor communications if you need to.
Submit Investment to IT Governance Form
- Submit your proposal using the IT Governance Submission Form.
